Acceptance of Terms

By using our website at theekreations.ca, contacting us through any channel, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products and Services

Thee Kreations specializes in custom cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, and other baked desserts. All products are handmade to order.

Please note that because every item is handcrafted, the final product may vary slightly from reference images, inspiration photos, or previous orders. Variations in colour, texture, and decoration are inherent to artisanal baking and do not constitute a defect. We always strive for the closest possible match to your vision.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. An order is considered confirmed only after:

• The order details (design, size, flavour, date) have been agreed upon
• A custom quote has been provided and accepted
• A 50% deposit has been received

The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or delivery. Accepted payment methods include e-Transfer and cash. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the order date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the order date are not eligible for a deposit refund, as preparation will already be underway

Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, logos, and content displayed on our website and social media channels are the intellectual property of Thee Kreations unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our images or designs for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to photograph our creations for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Limitation of Liability

Thee Kreations provides products with care and attention to quality. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Thee Kreations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions (please see our Allergen Information page), food sensitivities, or any damage occurring during customer transport of products after pickup.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
